CGO may coordinate access to documents or professionals but does not replace legal, survey, valuation, engineering, tax or financial advice.

Inspections and availability

Inspection requests are subject to confirmation by CGO and the relevant owner, developer or representative. Submitting a form does not reserve a property. Prices and availability must be reconfirmed at the time of enquiry.

Permitted use

You may use the website for genuine personal or business property enquiries. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape the site at scale, impersonate another person or reuse listing content in a misleading way.

Third-party services

The site may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other third-party services. CGO does not control their availability, content or privacy practices, and a link does not by itself amount to endorsement.

Intellectual property

The CGO name, logo, site design and original content are owned by or licensed to CGO. Property photographs and supplied materials may have separate owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site for its intended purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CGO is not liable for loss caused by reliance on unverified listing information, third-party content, interruptions or use outside the site’s intended purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
